I want to make a list of all Russian Forces we have evidence of that have been killed in Ukraine.
Criteria to be included on the list:
- must be serving/employed by the Russian Government (Armed forces, Interior ministry,etc.).
- must have been killed in Ukraine
- must be incontrovertible proof they were actually killed in Ukraine.
I will also keep a list of 'maybes' that are suspected by perhaps proof is not incontrovertible.
Unverified or rumour will not be included.
So, the question then is how to track this data? For now, add the following as a comment in this posting:
- Name, Location of death, cause of death, link to proof.
I will copy the proof either by screenshot w/URL or making a copy of the data myself.
I will then store the data in a Google Drive or drop box as capacity permits and as possible.
Feedback is welcome.

Open letter to John Baird - Ukraine needs an objective presence at talks
Open letter to Honourable John Baird, Minister of Foreign Affairs. Feel free to use it/edit as needed. If you do use it, please Retweet this tweet: https://twitter.com/cbrulak/status/501055417657876480

I would also like to ask you to use your influence to request a Canadian presence at the upcoming Berlin, as well as any future, talks between NATO member countries, Russia and Ukraine. I know you and the Government of Canada, share my deep concern on the upcoming sale of the Mistral ships to Russia as well as a number of German based defense contracts. While Germany and France have been great allies to freedom, democracy and Canada in the past I can not help but be concerned a number of issues that could compromise their objectivity in this matter. I believe Ukraine needs a partner at these negotiations that does not have major business dealings with an aggressor. As Canada was a leader in diffusing similar crises in the past I believe we can again be of service to world peace in this crisis as well.
Thank you again for your efforts during these difficult times. You bring pride and honour to our country.
